Len
Vera, President
Len
Vera founded Cape Sales Solutions in 2003. Prior to that, Len was
Vice-President of Sales for Millbrook Distribution Services 1991-2003
and Vice-President of Sales for Herman, Inc. 1986-1991. Len has been in
the industry since 1973, and is a longtime member of the Board of
Directors for the New England Convenience Store Association.
Mark
Vera, Director, Convenience Store Division
Mark Vera joined
Cape Sales in 2006 after his graduation from Assumption
College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Since Mark took over
the Convenience Store Division, it has grown threefold and
covers all of New England, New York, New Jersey, and
Pennsylvania. Mark is also an active member of the
Associate Board of Directors of the New England Convenience
Store Association
Hilton
Railey, Director, Import Division
Cape Sales Solutions welcomes Hilton Railey as our new Director
of the Import Division of Cape Sales Solutions, Inc.
Hilton’s foreign sourcing experience dates back to
1978 and brings a partnership with Asian companies to give an
infrastructure overseas. Our showrooms are in Hong Kong and
Shenzhen China.
Doug Wise, Director, Private Label Division
Doug Wise
joined Cape Sales Solutions in 2009 as the Director of
Private Label. Prior to that Doug managed the Baby and
Beauty categories for Daymon Worldwide, the world’s largest
private label broker, in Stamford, CT. Doug has experience
with numerous retailers’ private label programs including
Kroger, Safeway, SuperValu, Sears /K-Mart, Dollar General,
Rite Aid, CVS as well as Topco and their member retailers.
Doug also spent time with Daymon at HEB in San Antonio, TX
where he managed Baby and various drugstore categories.
Previously to that Doug co-founded Candleman, a specialty
retail chain which grew to 110 mall-based candle stores in
the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
George Mandras, Sales Development
George Mandras
has over 20 years outside sales experience, with the last 15
at an HBC manufacturer working with retailers across the
country. Through these years he has developed outstanding
relationships in the marketplace, as he was the lead on a
national accounts team partnering with customers in all
classes of trade.

Sales Development
Walter
Schuchard and Geraldine Fish have worked for many years as a
team specializing in the grocery class of trade. Their
